My Bump and Me offers a range of courses all specifically designed and tailored for you and your birth partner.
Each course is person centred, practical, informative and nurturing. They are hosted in my lovely home in the heart of Horsforth, or online.
All the classes are friendly, relaxed, interactive and fun.

Pregnancy Social Event
An inviting social gathering for mums-to-be to meet, share experiences and create supportive local connections.
Includes a mocktail & nibbles.
