Rea – Midwife Infant Feeding Specialist & IBCLC.
When it comes to feeding your baby, every journey is unique, and support makes all the difference.
Feeding your small human can be one of the most emotionally and physically demanding parts of early parenthood. While NHS midwives work hard to offer support, system pressures can often make it difficult to receive the personalised care you deserve. That’s where I come in.
As part of the My Bump to Baby antenatal team, I’m here to offer grounded, nurturing guidance to help you feel informed, confident, and supported before your small human even arrives. My approach centres on infant mental health, intuitive parenting, and the ‘why’ behind the cultural and social norms we often adopt without question.
Together, we’ll explore how to build secure, responsive connections with your baby and make sense of what’s available to support you, so both you and your little human feel more attuned, connected, and confident.
